These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wa88 ("wa88", "we", "us", "the Platform"). The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment instruments, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. wa88 reserves the right to close all but one of any duplicate accounts and to void any bets or transactions made through ineligible accounts.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your wa88 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether accessing the wa88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wa88 does not represent that use of the Platform is permitted in all locations. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law must not register or use the Platform.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wa88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.2 Account Use. Your wa88 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform. Commercial use of a wa88 account — including on behalf of third parties — is strictly prohibited.
3.3 KYC Compliance. wa88 may request identity and address verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wa88 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
4.1 Accepted Methods. wa88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the wa88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. wa88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where KYC verification is incomplete, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where a withdrawal is subject to an active investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. wa88 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable — funds deposited via a particular payment method will be returned via the same method where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and comply with applicable financial regulations.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed on the cashier page. wa88 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. wa88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a technical error has caused an incorrect price to be displayed; an event has already commenced prior to acceptance; or the bet would exceed the applicable liability limit for that market.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. wa88 may impose individual account betting limits where abnormal or professional-scale betting patterns are identified.
5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment; obvious pricing errors; market suspension due to significant event developments; or where the outcome of an event has been determined to have been manipulated.
5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay between user action and bet confirmation. wa88 is not responsible for any change in odds occurring during this processing period. Bets are confirmed at the odds prevailing at the time of server-side acceptance.
6.1 General. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the wa88 Platform are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods are stated in each bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Abuse. wa88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed in an abusive manner, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk, or systematic exploitation of reload offer structures.
6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Certain promotional offers may carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual offer terms. Winnings above this cap are not eligible for withdrawal.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wa88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, bet voiding, and legal referral where applicable:
All content on the wa88 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, text, graphics, game content, and data, is the property of wa88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any wa88 content without express written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa88 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures or interruptions; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
9.2 wa88's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.
9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wa88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
